In this role, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, and analysis efforts to drive strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with department leaders and senior management to evaluate performance, translate data into actionable insights, and support organizational objectives. This position requires a combination of analytical rigor, financial expertise, and strong communication skills to clearly convey results to diverse audiences. You will manage forecasts, develop financial models, and oversee reporting processes while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and efficiency. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration and the chance to influence high-impact financial strategy. You will also support ad hoc financial analyses, presentations, and reporting to key stakeholders.

• Lead the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting processes for operating revenue and expenses.
• Partner with department heads to review P&Ls, monitor financial performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of overall financial performance to support strategic decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and databases to forecast operations and long-term goals.
• Prepare monthly results, board presentations, and financial reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives that inform operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities, resolve roadblocks, and drive financial initiatives forward.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related quantitative roles.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and presentation software proficiency (PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Docs).
• Experience with financial systems, BI platforms, analytics tools, and CRMs integrated with general ledger systems.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-financial audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Competitive salary range: $93,240 - $100,000 per year.
