This role sits at the intersection of finance, data analytics, and operational reporting, supporting key decision-making across finance and commissions teams. Accountabilities:- Maintain, update, and validate financial and operational datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Perform routine data audits and monitor data quality metrics, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Support documentation of data sources, workflows, data dictionaries, and ETL processes
- Assist in organizing structured and unstructured datasets for reporting and analysis purposes
- Contribute to financial reporting processes, including monthly reporting packages and KPI distribution to stakeholders
- Support revenue, contract, and production data analysis to assist leadership decision-making
- Help validate outputs from ETL pipelines and assist in testing workflow updates
- Support financial modeling, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with finance teams during weekly performance reviews and reporting cycles
- Assist in developing dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and related tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Strong advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with or exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus
- Familiarity with ETL concepts, data workflows, and basic data transformation processes
- Python skills for data analysis or automation are preferred but not required
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and interpret large datasets effectively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
