Financial Analyst

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for growth or cost savings.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Support variance analysis and provide insights on deviations from budget or forecast.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
