This role is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity focused on transforming field service data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and business performance. The Field Service Analytics Manager is responsible for building and scaling analytics capabilities, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that provide visibility into service operations, productivity, and customer outcomes. Working across business, IT, data, and operations teams, the role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting systems. It combines technical expertise in analytics tools with strong leadership to guide and develop a team of analysts. The position plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across a complex, industrial environment. It is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, visualization, and business strategy.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Field Service analytics strategies, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that support operational performance and business decision-making.
  • Design and manage scalable reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and AI-enabled analytics workflows to improve data accessibility and insight generation.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets related to field service operations, customer behavior, technician performance, and productivity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with IT, Data Science, Infrastructure, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data integrity, consistent reporting standards, and aligned analytics infrastructure.
  • Translate business questions into structured analytical models, dashboards, and actionable recommendations that support leadership decisions and performance improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, establishing best practices for reporting, data governance, and dashboard development.
  • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles supporting operational or field service environments.
  • Proven experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts and developing team capabilities in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational performance metrics to strategic outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred: experience with AI tools, automation, Field Service operations, manufacturing, engineering, or similar industrial domains.
