JOB DESCRIPTION:
Field Sales • Full-Time • 50% Travel
DrivenAdvantage.com, part of the ATI and Driven Brands ecosystem, is expanding our purchasing base by bringing best-in-class savings, partner programs, and frictionless ordering to mechanical, collision, heavy-duty, and detailing shops nationwide. We’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in the field and loves turning shop conversations into long-term purchasing customers.
You’ll serve as the frontline ambassador responsible for signing up new shops, educating them on the DA.com platform, and driving their first active order, the point at which our value becomes real.
You’ll collaborate with ATI/DA partner programs, internal sellers, external affiliates, and strategic vendors to maximize every sales opportunity.
Visit mechanical, collision, heavy-duty, and detailing shops within your assigned region.
Conduct in-person walkthroughs, demos, and valuable presentations.
Build trust quickly and show shops how DA.com saves them money on 120K+ SKUs.
Conduct weekly follow-up calls on hot leads.
Warm leads will be routed to the Sales Support team, but you’ll collaborate closely to ensure conversion.
Maintain accurate CRM records for time management, visit planning, and progression.Â
Identify and close new purchasing opportunities.
Uncover high-value accounts and multi-location opportunities.
Hit monthly activation and revenue targets by expanding wallet share over time.
Create demand by raising DA.com’s profile across your territory.Â
Report competitive pricing to procurement.
Troubleshoot ordering issues and ensure smooth onboarding.
Share insights with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Position DA.com as the go-to procurement solution for shop owners and managers.Â
Have 2+ years in outside sales, business development, account management, or territory growth.
Are a natural relationship-builder who can turn a shop visit into a long-term partnership.
Communicate clearly—whether in person, on the phone, or via emailÂ
Are organized and comfortable working within a CRM platform for accountability and pipeline tracking.Â
Have a clean driving record and enjoy spending time on the road meeting customers.
Are self-driven, motivated by goals, and enjoy the balance of fieldwork and follow-up weeks.
Can work independently without constant oversight and thrive in a high autonomy environment.Â
Experience selling into mechanical, collision, heavy-duty, or auto related businesses.
Background in procurement, shop supplies, fleet services, or automotive parts
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)Â
Multilingual skills are a plus and helpful in diverse territories.Â
50% field travel in your assigned market
Remaining time dedicated to strategic follow-up calls, remote meetings, and coordination with Sales Support
Base salary + competitive commission structure tied to activations, first orders, and territory revenue growth.
