Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with key enterprise accounts. As part of our Growth Marketing team, you will be instrumental in creating and executing field marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running successful field marketing campaigns and events, with a deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles.


Your role will involve planning and executing regional events, creating targeted account-based marketing campaigns, and working closely with sales teams to drive engagement with enterprise prospects and customers. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will help position Galileo as a leader in the AI space by orchestrating high-impact customer events, executive roundtables, and industry conferences. You will also serve as a bridge between marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on regional goals and providing insights on market trends and customer needs.


Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Design and execute field marketing programs including events, roadshows, and account-based marketing campaigns
  • Event Strategy: Plan and manage regional events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale conferences and trade shows
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to create targeted campaigns and materials that support pipeline generation and acceleration
  • Budget Management: Own and manage regional marketing budget, tracking ROI and program effectiveness
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and industry partners
  • Analytics: Track and report on field marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for program optimization
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with demand generation, content, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize program impact

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of field marketing experience in B2B or event marketing in B2C
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing field marketing programs that drive pipeline
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding of field marketing best practices
  • Experience with account-based marketing is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Experience in a growth-stage startup is a plus
