We are seeking a Field CTO for Global Partnerships to serve as the senior-most technical leader for Nebius’ partner ecosystem. This role operates at the intersection of:<ul><li>AI infrastructure and GPU-native cloud platforms</li><li>Real-world AI application development (training → fine-tuning → agents → inference)</li><li>Partner-led revenue growth across ISVs, GSIs, VARs and NVIDIA</li><li>We’re looking for a (Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect) to (build Generative AI solutions for our customers). </li></ul>This role is pivotal to Nebius’ ambition to become the leading AI infrastructure platform for the agentic era. The Field CTO for Global Partnerships will not only enable partners — they will shape how AI is built, deployed, and monetized across the ecosystem.You’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam, or remotely from any EU country.Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Partner Engagement & Deal Acceleration<ul><li>Lead deep technical engagements with GSIs, VARs, ISVs, and strategic enterprise customers across AI infrastructure, training, fine-tuning, and inference architectures.</li><li>Act as the technical closer on complex AI opportunities, helping move customers from pilot to production.</li><li>Apply domain-level AI workload expertise to resolve architectural blockers and accelerate co-sell motions.</li><li>Define a differentiated “better together” story for partner + Nebius</li><li>Influence partner solution design to maximize performance, reliability, compliance, and ROI on Nebius.</li></ul>Co-Innovation with NVIDIA & Ecosystem Leaders<ul><li>Co-develop partner-ready AI infrastructure offerings with NVIDIA, GSIs, ISVs, and platform partners.</li><li>Shape joint reference architectures and validated design patterns for agentic AI, multimodal AI, and large-scale inference.</li><li> Serve as Nebius’ senior technical counterpart in strategic partner initiatives.</li></ul>Product & Platform Feedback Loop<ul><li>Translate real customer and partner requirements into actionable product feedback.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, distinguished and commercially viable.</li><li>Influence roadmap prioritization with direct field-validated insights.</li></ul>Solution Patterns & Technical Evangelism<ul><li>Define and evangelize Nebius AI solution patterns that partners can package, monetize, and deploy.</li><li>Enable global partner teams with consistent technical messaging, reference architectures, and deployment blueprints.</li><li>Represent Nebius as a technical thought leader at industry conferences, partner summits, and executive briefings.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)<ul><li>Strategic GSI and ISV partners actively shipping Nebius-powered AI solutions.</li><li>High-value AI deals accelerated from proof-of-concept to production.</li><li>Clear partner solution playbooks adopted globally.</li><li>Field-driven insights shaping the Nebius AI Cloud roadmap.</li><li>Recognition of Nebius as a top-tier AI infrastructure platform in the partner ecosystem.</li></ul>We expect you to have: <ul><li>10+ years in senior technical field leadership roles (Field CTO, Principal Solutions Architect, Distinguished Engineer, or equivalent).</li><li>Deep hands-on experience with production AI/ML workloads including:</li><li>Model training, fine-tuning, and inference</li><li>GPU-accelerated systems</li><li>Data pipelines, MLOps, or AI platform engineering</li><li>Proven success enabling and supporting GSI, VAR, and ISV sales motions.</li><li>Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing revenue outcomes.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills — able to bridge executives, engineers, and partner leadership.</li><li>Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, global environment with 30–40% travel.</li></ul>It will be an added bonus if you have: <ul><li>Experience with NVIDIA’s software stack: CUDA, Triton, TensorRT, NeMo, NCCL, CUDA-X AI, etc.</li><li>Familiarity with AI frameworks and platforms: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, Ray, vLLM, etc.</li><li>Experience deploying AI systems in regulated or mission-critical industries: Financial Services, Healthcare, Telco, Public Sector, or equivalent.</li></ul><div class="content-conclusion">What we offer <ul><li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.</li><li>Flexible working arrangements.</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.</li></ul>We’re growing and expanding our products every day.
