WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams and Channel Partners: Work closely with internal sales teams and external channel partners to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and help design tailored solutions that meet those requirements
  • Hands-On Technical Support in Lab Environments: Take a proactive role in setting up and configuring assessments in our lab environment, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and ensuring smooth operations for proof-of-concept (POC) engagements
  • Log Analysis & Issue Resolution: Analyze system logs to identify and troubleshoot errors, working through established processes to resolve technical issues during POCs and other customer engagements
  • Become Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as a well-rounded SME, leveraging your deep technical expertise to confidently deliver presentations and product demonstrations to audiences of various sizes, from small teams to large enterprise stakeholders
  • Collaborate on Strategic Sales Initiatives: Partner with sales engineers and sales teams on strategic customer opportunities, participating in internal meetings, customer calls, and in-person meetings to provide technical expertise and support
  • Provide Technical Support to Customer Success Teams: Collaborate with Customer Success teams to address and resolve technical issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless experience for customers post-sale
  • Provide Technical Training & Support for Partners: Lead in-depth technical training sessions for partners, particularly Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and serve as a key technical support resource to ensure their success with our platform 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Engineering / Computer Software / MIS Degree or 10+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Ability to accurately convey the business and technical value of the Cymulate solution based on company personas and their unique requirements.
  • Knowledge of various security controls in the SIEM, WAF, EDR, threat intel, email gateway, and/or vulnerability management space.
  • Knowledge of Zero-day attacks and how they infiltrate security controls
  • Experience with the offensive cybersecurity landscape (knowledge of common tools used, common terminology such as red team, pen testing, etc.)
  • Experience architecting solutions for prospects and running POCs
