About the role

The Field Clinician is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services through telehealth, including virtual physical examinations, remote home sleep apnea testing, and comprehensive Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) education. Demonstrates strong expertise in PAP device setup, sleep testing protocols, and associated clinical workflows to ensure an efficient, patient-centered care experience.


This position follows a day shift schedule of Tuesday–Friday (10am–6pm, 11am–7pm, or 12pm–8pm EST) with flexible availability on Saturdays (10am–2pm or similar). There are no regular night shifts required, aside from occasional on-call coverage as needed.


What you'll do

  • Independently deliver prompt and effective PAP education through the telehealth platform, consistently ensuring positive patient experiences in every encounter, and adhering to all client contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist CET with Field Clinician utilization and scheduling.
  • Nox Health Training re: Nox Health culture, policies and procedures. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members/co-workers. 
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, web browsing and email.
  • Excellent knowledge of PAP treatment equipment, masks, and all related equipment/accessories. 
  • Provide after-hours technical support to the contract field clinicians (on-call rotation provided in advance). 
  • Verify completion of all KOEO tasks upon appointment completion as during process workflow.  Ensure quality performance. 
  • Verify physician interpretations and prescriptions. 
  • Other duties/projects assigned necessary for the successful operation of the company.


Qualifications

  • Certifications Necessary - minimum RST certification. 
  • 3+ years of experience in the sleep field 
  • Proficient in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Suite 
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. 
  • Evidence of exceptional interpersonal skills. 
  • High level of professionalism and a strong ability to interface with employees in all positions. 
  • Demonstrated team player. 
  • Solid problem solving skills. 
  • Works well independently as well as in a team environment
