To ensure we deliver improved benefit-to-risk solutions, we will guide and expect the market and design requirement specifications underlying our engineering, business development, and clinical research activities, objectively target advancements in standards of care.</p></div><p><strong>Job Summary of the Field Access &amp; Reimbursement Manager – Breast</strong></p><p>The Field Access &amp; Reimbursement Manager- Breast will play a pivotal role in supporting Axogen’s efforts to improve patient access to our cutting-edge solutions in Breast neurotization. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on strategies to identify best practices, educate healthcare providers on all aspects of reimbursement (coding, coverage, payment), and build KOL advocacy for strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a passion for improving healthcare, an advanced understanding of US reimbursement in a variety of care settings, excellent communication skills, and strong integrity/ethics.</p><p><strong>Requirements of the Field Access &amp; Reimbursement Manager – Breast</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; Preferred in healthcare, engineering, business, or a related field.</li><li>Graduate degree in public health, healthcare administration, business, health economics &amp; outcomes research, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in health economics, reimbursement, or market access within the medical device/biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of US healthcare systems, including healthcare financing and reimbursement policies.</li><li>Proven track record of facility- and surgeon-facing engagement, along with sales education &amp; support.</li><li>Customer-facing experience with leading clinical experts, required.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in women’s health, biologics/tissue, breast cancer surgery, and/or plastic and reconstructive surgery, preferred.</li><li>Orientation towards delivering on goals and being part of a fast- moving collaborative team.</li><li>Proficient in stakeholder management.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of working cross-functionally within a commercial organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities of the Field Access &amp; Reimbursement Manager – Breast</strong></p><p>The specific duties of the Field Access &amp; Reimbursement Manager – Breast include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Act as the primary field-based resource for access and reimbursement issues related to Breast neurotization procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with hospitals and clinic staff to address coverage and access concerns, including case management for complex reimbursement scenarios.</li><li>Educate and train the field sales organization on reimbursement (coding, coverage, and payment).</li><li>Develops best practices at facilities and develop ways to share insights with healthcare providers, staff, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Creates the development of access and reimbursement tools, resources, and materials tailored for Breast neurotization procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with sales specialists and leadership to identify target facilities &amp; surgeons.</li><li>Represent Axogen at industry conferences and education events.</li><li>Build, educate, and activate KOL surgeons to resolve access and reimbursement issues.</li><li>Monitor and analyze trends in healthcare reimbursement and policy, advising Axogen on potential impacts to business objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to reimbursement programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>111 West Oak Ave., Tampa, FL&nbsp; 33602 or Remote</p><p>**Ideally, the candidate would live on the East Coast and able to travel to our Tampa HQ often**</p><p>#LI-AC1</p><p>#LI-REMOTE</p><p><strong>Benefits/Compensation</strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>This position is eligible for an annual bonus.</p><p>Benefits offered for this position include Health, Dental, Vision, Matching 401K, Paid Time Off, 9 Paid Holidays + 3 Floating Holidays, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Medical Flexible Spending Accounts, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Caregiver Leave, Basic Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Disability Insurance, as described in more detail in summary plan descriptions.</p></div><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$100,532</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$125,665 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Axogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance.
