In this role, you will contribute to the reliability, scalability, and security of a large-scale, FedRAMP-compliant cloud platform that supports enterprise network management services. You will join a fast-growing SRE team responsible for ensuring stable operations, developing automation, and optimizing performance across a Kubernetes-native infrastructure. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge tooling, cloud-native technologies, and distributed systems challenges at scale. You will also play a key part in enhancing operational excellence through automation, observability, capacity planning, and cloud-first security practices.

  • Accountabilities:
  • Lead, design, and execute projects related to data platform architecture, autoscaling, disaster recovery, observability, service networking, cost optimization, and more, all within a FedRAMP context.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve cloud-native services and distributed systems built on Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Develop automation, tooling, and infrastructure enhancements using technologies such as Python, Go, Bash, Ansible, and Pulumi.
  • Ensure reliability, security, and performance across a global SaaS fleet, driving operational excellence and system resilience.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, highly available services adhering to strict regulatory standards.
  • Participate in a FedRAMP on-call rotation across East and West Coast time zones.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in software engineering or site reliability engineering.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Proven experience operating or managing FedRAMP SaaS environments or other highly regulated systems.
  • Strong background in distributed systems, large-scale SaaS platforms, or database-intensive architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, and scripting languages such as Bash.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes, cloud providers, and deployment automation tools.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-reliability environments with a focus on scalability, resilience, and automation.

  • Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from 101000 to 161000 USD, depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for bonuses and equity programs depending on role.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection benefits.
  • Flexible work arrangements and supportive culture.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning, development, and career growth.
