Coder is looking for a Federal Partner Sales Manager to grow our business via partner channels, including federal system integrator (FSI), distribution, and value-added reseller (VAR) partners.
What you'll do here
Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential in-region partners
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy that drives revenue for both Coder and partners
Cultivate and manage relationships across key partner functional areas (leadership, sales, marketing, professional services, etc.)
Lead and facilitate QBRs, joint marketing engagements, sales trainings, and other activities to drive partner engagement
Act as the key liaison for Coder federal sales and partner sales and delivery teams to enable us to win new joint customers and expand on current opportunities
What we're looking for
You have at least 4-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales with proven success in the following areas:
Partner and Customer-related talent:
Possess a quantifiable record of success in business development in the federal space, especially defense and national security, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed objectives and the ability to generate new business through partnerships
Understand complex federal sales and procurement (GSA, SEWP, etc.), build consensus and be adept at developing relationships at multiple levels
Experience building and growing successful relationships with FSIs and VARs with both the business and technical personas
Knowledge of federal IT infrastructure and commensurate modernization challenges
Work Ethic:
Strong work ethic and can move fast in a startup environment
Player/coach mentality; someone who is coachable, and can coach members of the team
Willing to go outside the bounds of their job description and comfort zone
You are curious about technology and are constantly learning
You take initiative when something needs to be done, and you own the outcome
You are constantly looking for ways to add value to Coder
