This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a FCRM KYC Quality Assurance, Senior Analyst in United States.

This role provides a critical opportunity to support financial crime risk management by ensuring the quality and compliance of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. You will execute quality assurance reviews of customer KYC files, validate team output, and support risk assessments and regulatory compliance initiatives. The position involves analyzing high-risk scenarios, providing subject-matter expertise, and contributing to process improvements and governance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and operational partners, while mentoring colleagues and advising stakeholders. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, deep understanding of KYC regulatory requirements, and a passion for driving risk management excellence.

Accountabilities:

  • Perform monthly quality assurance reviews of high, medium, and low-risk customer KYC files.
  • Conduct secondary reviews of work performed by other QA team members or first-line teams.
  • Assist in validation, reporting, and documentation of KYC QA processes and results.
  • Support development and enhancement of AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs, frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on complex operational or regulatory issues.
  • Prepare presentations, briefings, and reporting for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Contribute to team governance, training, and process improvements, ensuring consistent application of enterprise FCRM standards.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial crime risk management, KYC, or related quality assurance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC regulatory requirements, including CIP, CDD, and EDD processes.
  • Experience performing quality assurance, validation, or oversight in a financial services environment.
  • Advanced analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex processes and provide recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills to convey risk assessments, guidance, and training to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide mentorship to team members.
  • Familiarity with FCRM policies, audit, and regulatory examination processes is preferred.
