Reporting to the Director of Family Access Managers, this individual will be responsible for engaging with families/care partners and cross-functional teams. </p><p>The Family Access Manager will play a critical Commercial role in support of infigratinib. The primary goal will be to educate families/care partners on access, affordability, and reimbursement process, build family support program awareness, and execute on all new product launch activities. The Family Access Manager will work collaboratively with the Director of Family Access Managers and internal colleagues to align on the patient services goals and pull through on brand strategies.</p><p>The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Commercial IT, Training, Pharmacovigilance & Market Access. Additionally, exceptional judgment, business acumen, discretion, communication skills, the ability to empathize, and showing strong relationship-building skills are a must.<br><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide families/care partner-facing access and affordability support for infigratinib. This requires working closely with the Market Access team, Commercial, Training, and Brand Marketing team</li><li>Compliantly ensure a positive patient journey through collaborations with all BridgeBio stakeholders</li><li>Lead the evaluation and implementation of family access opportunities within a specific geographic area for all applicable families</li><li>Provide face-to-face or via phone, personalized issue resolution, including potential hurdles with access and affordability with families/care partners</li><li>Direct access support between consented families and all relevant stakeholders (hub, pharmacies, prescriber’s offices, and support organizations)</li><li>Coordinate with the hub partner on missing information follow-ups</li><li>Own the relationship between ForgingBridges, a support program offered to families to access the BridgeBio approved medicines, and consented patients</li><li>Onboard and welcome new families to the ForgingBridges support program</li><li>Manage status changes with ForgingBridges and follow-up with families/care partners, prescriber’s offices, and pharmacies</li><li>Ensure ForgingBridges support program business rules are followed</li><li>Control the workflow of information and communications with familes</li><li>Collaborate with BridgeBio Patient Advocacy team on families/care partners engagements and attend local, regional, and national advocacy meetings/events</li><li>Facilitate and present in-person education with families/care partners as requested</li><li>Report key insights and findings in a compliant manner to the Brand Marketing and other internal Commercial functions</li><li>Follow BridgeBio’s policy on handling protected health information (PHI) obtained through pharmacies, prescriber’s offices, and interactions with families/care partners</li><li>As needed, attend Commercial national sales meetings, conferences, and regional events</li><li>Work on designated projects that are within the scope of services for Market Access/Patient Support Services as assigned and/or consistent with developmental plans and strengths</li><li>Provide strategic and tactical input for continuous improvement purposes</li><li>Develop tactical plans (i.e., educating, triaging, hub interactions, etc.) and execute against those plans in support of strategic access imperatives, such as key performance indicators or role metrics as identified by Market Access/Patient Support Services leadership</li><li>Additional responsibilities may be assigned</li><li>40-60% domestic travel is required, regionally and intermittently across the US<br><br></li></ul><p><strong><u>Where You'll Work</u></strong></p><p>The ideal candidate would reside in Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington DC.<br><br></p><p><strong><u>Who You Are</u></strong></p><ul><li>BA/BS degree is preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5-8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience.
