Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Facilitators to support an upcoming, large-scale training initiative for a client launching new continuous improvement programs. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, instructor-led learning experiences that emphasize knowledge transfer, practical application, coaching, and performance feedback.
Program Details
- Scope: Deliver a 5-day, instructor-led train-the-trainer program aligned to structured improvement and learning models (e.g., PDCA or similar frameworks).
- Format: Approximately 40 hours of in-person classroom facilitation per program session.
- Scale: Multi-facilitator delivery team supporting an estimated 3,000+ learners over a 12-month period.
- Location: Multiple delivery sites across the United States (specific locations TBD).
- Travel: Travel is required; all client-approved travel expenses will be covered.
- Timeline: Program launch targeted for March 2026, with facilitator onboarding occurring in advance. Additional delivery and support anticipated throughout 2026 (details TBD).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on program-specific concepts, tools, processes, and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer through structured workshops, guided discussions, simulations, and practical exercises.
- Provide real-time coaching and constructive performance feedback during hands-on activities.
- Evaluate participant performance using established assessment tools or rubrics and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Adapt facilitation approach to audience needs, group dynamics, and evolving program requirements.
- Ensure sessions run smoothly, remain engaging, and meet defined learning objectives.
- Partner with program leads and project teams to support successful delivery and continuous improvement of the learning experience.
Experience & Skills
- Strong experience facilitating adult learning in corporate, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, facilitation techniques, and instructional methods.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for both in-person and virtual audiences.
- Ability to engage learners using examples, analogies, and interactive techniques to achieve learning objectives.
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in facilitation, training delivery, or related roles.
