This role sits at the intersection of creative marketing, growth strategy, and customer engagement, where physical experiences become a powerful driver of pipeline and brand impact. You will own the strategy and execution of direct mail and experiential campaigns, transforming them into scalable programs that support the full customer journey from acquisition to retention. Acting as the in-house expert for experiential outreach, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Brand teams to design high-impact campaigns that capture attention and drive measurable results. The position blends creativity with operational rigor, requiring both concept development and end-to-end execution management. You will also play a key role in identifying new opportunities to expand experiential marketing as a strategic growth lever. This is a highly cross-functional role in a fast-paced, innovative environment where experimentation and creativity are strongly encouraged.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve the direct mail and experiential marketing strategy across the full customer funnel, from prospecting to retention
  • Design creative, high-impact physical campaigns including mailers, kits, and dimensional experiences that drive engagement and conversion
  • Translate campaign goals into compelling experiential concepts in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Manage end-to-end execution including vendor coordination, production timelines, inventory, and fulfillment logistics
  • Partner with Brand and Creative teams to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards
  • Support demand generation, product marketing, and sales initiatives through targeted experiential programs
  • Identify new opportunities to expand and optimize experiential marketing impact across channels
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance including conversion rates, pipeline influence, and ROI
  • Define best practices for experiential marketing across different stages of the customer journey
  • Continuously test new formats, vendors, and approaches to improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing direct mail, gifting, or experiential marketing programs
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to turn strategy into engaging campaign concepts
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure and communicate business impact
  • High attention to detail and strong commitment to brand consistency and execution quality
  • Ability to manage vendors and external partners effectively
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
