SQUAN is seeking multiple motivated and detail-oriented experienced Permit Coordinators to join our growing team! You will work closely with project managers, local government officials, and other team members to ensure permits are obtained in a timely and compliant manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting permit applications for various telecom projects
- Organize and maintain files and databases related to permits
- Support communication with city, county, and state agencies to follow up on permit status, requirements, and potential issues
- Work under the guidelines of senior coordinators to ensure all permits and applications meet local, state, and federal regulations
- Update and monitor permit trackers to provide regular updates for all workflow related to permitting
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well within a team environment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous Telecom Permitting Experience
- Experience with creating and submitting permit applications
- Permit Tracker Experience
- Site Tracker Experience is a plus
