Your Role

  • Provide expert legal counsel for estate planning, business formation, LLC and corporation setup, and asset protection strategies.
  • Guide clients through tailored solutions—including Medicaid planning and special needs trusts—to ensure their legacies are secured.
  • Meet clients both virtually/telephonically and in-person, based on your capacity and client preference.
  • Work as your own boss, supported by our experienced admin team for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Active State Bar membership (good standing) in all states you wish to serve
  • 3+ years in estate planning, business formation, or asset protection
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, and related strategies (preferred)
  • Independent private practice or capacity to incorporate this role
  • Multi-state licensure/reciprocity (advantageous)
  • Willingness to meet qualified clients in person or virtually
  • Excellent client communication skills and technology comfort
