This role sits at the intersection of customer insight, experience design, and strategic decision-making, helping translate complex customer signals into clear, actionable direction for enterprise experience teams. You will work across research, analytics, and journey transformation functions to synthesize data from multiple sources into meaningful insights that guide prioritization and improvement efforts. The position plays a key role in ensuring that customer perspectives are embedded into business decisions, experience roadmaps, and operational planning. You will help structure ambiguous problems, define what matters most, and articulate why it matters for both customers and the business. Operating in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will support the development of experience strategies that connect customer outcomes with measurable business impact. This is a highly analytical and storytelling-driven role where clarity, synthesis, and influence are essential.
Accountabilities- Synthesize VOC data, research findings, journey insights, and operational metrics into structured themes, opportunity areas, and clear insight narratives.
- Translate complex customer and market signals into actionable recommendations that highlight experience gaps, priorities, and business implications.
- Apply experience strategy frameworks (such as desirability, feasibility, viability, and “moments that matter”) to structure and prioritize experience challenges.
- Support the development of CX measurement approaches, including defining hypotheses, success metrics, and learning agendas tied to customer outcomes.
- Help connect experience insights to strategic goals, financial outcomes, and operational performance to enable informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare, document, and synthesize outputs from working sessions and strategic discussions.
- Contribute to prioritization efforts and CX roadmaps by identifying trade-offs, risks, and opportunities for value creation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in experience strategy, customer insights, CX analytics, consulting, or human-centered research roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, psychology, anthropology, business, market research, or a related field.
- Strong skills in synthesis, problem structuring, and storytelling to translate complex inputs into clear insights.
- Ability to perform light data analysis and create basic visualizations to support insight communication.
- Experience linking customer experience insights to performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of CX measurement approaches such as NPS, CSAT, or journey-based metrics.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills in cross-functional environments.
- Preferred experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or large-scale enterprise environments.
