Executive Vice President, Project Management

This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and drive the delivery of large-scale, multi-site brand implementation projects. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for customer-facing project management divisions, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. • Lead and mentor senior project management leaders, driving accountability and performance across multiple divisions.
• Define and execute enterprise-wide project management strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Oversee large-scale, multi-site programs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of brand implementation projects.
• Manage P&L responsibility for assigned divisions, setting and achieving revenue, margin, and operational targets.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for project performance, client satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership on long-term planning, acquisitions integration, and enterprise initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while capitalizing on opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in project management, operations, or related fields.
• Proven experience in multi-site rollout programs, signage, brand maintenance, or similar customer-facing project environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational excellence and measurable business results.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools; PMP certification is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally, regionally, or nationally as required.

• Competitive annual salary range: $190,000–$220,000, depending on experience and responsibilities.
