The Role:
 

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Team Administrator to provide exceptional support to Marigold’s Executive Leadership Team. This role is critical in maintaining operational rhythm, ensuring executive readiness, and driving alignment across business priorities. The Executive Team Administrator will partner closely with C-suite leaders to coordinate executive calendars, facilitate communication, support board and leadership meetings, and manage key logistics across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate brings exceptional judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while contributing to a culture of excellence and collaboration.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Marigold’s CEO and Executive Leadership Team, managing complex calendars, travel, and scheduling across global time zones.

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda development, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up documentation to ensure clear communication and accountability.

  • Lead logistical planning for key company events including leadership offsites, board meetings, and global summits, ensuring seamless execution and alignment to strategic goals.

  • Maintain proactive oversight of priorities, anticipating needs, resolving scheduling conflicts, and optimizing time for executive focus and impact.

  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Communications to support executive initiatives, internal communications, and change management efforts.

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of board materials, logistics, and post-meeting action items.

 

About You: 


You are a trusted partner and strategic operator who thrives in supporting senior leadership through times of growth and transformation. You bring structure, clarity, and composure to complex situations, with a talent for staying three steps ahead. You are highly organized, resourceful, and adept at balancing competing priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.

Ideal Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders, preferably within SaaS or high-growth technology organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple executive stakeholders with professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.

  • Proven success coordinating leadership meetings, events, and board activities, including preparation and follow-through.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize information and anticipate needs.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools.

Nice to Have: 

  • Previous experience supporting executive leadership through organizational change, M&A, or rebranding initiatives.

  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Finance, and Communications teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and improve administrative efficiency in a scaling organization.

California SB 1162 Pay Transparency Notice

In compliance with California’s Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act (SB 1162), we are disclosing the compensation range for roles that could be performed in California.

For California residents only, the base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 annually.  This role is also eligible for a 15% annual bonus based on performance / sales targets / company results. For California residents, the expected range for this variable compensation is up to 15%.

This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for the position in California. Actual compensation will be offered within this range, based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as permitted by California law.

Similar positions located outside of California may be subject to different compensation structures.
