We’re looking for a part-time Executive & Marketing Assistant who is highly skilled in social media management and experienced (or confident in learning) GoHighLevel (GHL). This role supports a busy entrepreneur managing multiple digital projects and online platforms.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and creative, with strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative in both marketing and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
πŸ”Ή Manage and update scheduling calendars for services or team members
πŸ”Ή Coordinate and publish content, digital flyers, and announcements on social media
πŸ”Ή Serve as the point of contact for inquiries, scheduling, and client coordination
πŸ”Ή Set up and manage automated emails (reminders, confirmations, follow-ups)
πŸ”Ή Maintain CRM and help track, organize, and segment data
πŸ”Ή Assist in creating and launching promotional campaigns and offers
πŸ”Ή Research and outreach to potential collaborators or event opportunities
πŸ”Ή Support online community engagement (courses, platforms, memberships, etc.)
πŸ”Ή Assist in setting up webinars, funnels, and digital products
πŸ”Ή Edit audio content, manage guest bookings, and maintain a content calendar
πŸ”Ή Create visual assets and reels using Canva and basic video/audio editing tools

Ideal Candidate:
βœ” Strong background in social media management (posting, engagement, content planning)
βœ” Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), or quick to learn new tech platforms
βœ” Excellent written English with strong grammar and spelling
βœ” Highly detail-oriented and committed to delivering accurate work
βœ” Independent and proactive with excellent time management
βœ” Open to learning and improving systems/processes
βœ” Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Canva, Squarespace, and LastPass
βœ” Clear and professional communicator
βœ” Able to work without needing constant supervision
βœ” Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
