This is a senior creative leadership role responsible for defining and elevating the full brand expression of a fast-scaling digital platform operating at the intersection of travel, fintech, and technology. You will shape the overarching creative vision and ensure it is consistently translated across campaigns, brand identity, product storytelling, and integrated experiences. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on creative stewardship, requiring the ability to inspire high-performing teams while maintaining an uncompromising creative standard. You will lead a multidisciplinary organization of designers, copywriters, and creative directors, building both the culture and systems that enable exceptional work at scale. Partnering closely with senior brand and design leadership, you will align creative direction with business priorities and growth objectives. This is a highly influential role suited for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambitious environments and can connect bold creative thinking with measurable business impact.


Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the overarching creative vision across brand identity, campaigns, content, and integrated experiences, ensuring a cohesive and distinctive expression across all outputs.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary creative organization, including creative directors, designers, and copywriters, while maintaining a high bar for excellence and innovation.
  • Establish creative standards, systems, and culture that enable consistent high-quality output at scale.
  • Partner with senior brand and design leadership to align creative direction with business goals and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure efficient resourcing, structure, and execution across the creative function.
  • Serve as the top creative authority for all brand-related output, including campaigns, product storytelling, and visual systems.
  • Identify capability gaps and drive hiring, talent development, and organizational improvements.
  • Represent the creative function at the executive level, influencing strategy and securing alignment across leadership.
  • Build and manage external creative and production partnerships to elevate overall creative quality.
  • Make high-impact decisions on priorities, talent, and creative direction with clarity and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a strong record of building and scaling high-performing creative teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional creative work across brand, campaign, digital, and integrated experiences at scale.
  • Deep expertise across creative disciplines including brand design, copywriting, growth marketing, and production.
  • Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach and demonstrated success in developing creative talent.
  • Excellent organizational and operational thinking, with the ability to structure teams and processes for maximum creative output.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate a compelling creative vision.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect creative direction to business outcomes.
  • A distinctive creative point of view and strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
