Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar for executives, setting up meetings and ensuring efficient time management.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for client meetings and internal use.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and communications to enhance client relationships.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely deliverables for clients to meet their marketing goals.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in marketing or advertising.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client relations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and improve processes.
