We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Business Partner to join the Office of the CEO and support Distyl’s executive leadership team.
This is a senior executive support role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys operating at the center of an organization. You will work alongside other Executive Business Partners and members of the Office of the CEO to ensure our leadership team operates efficiently, stays focused on the highest-priority initiatives, and is supported at the highest level.
While this role will have exposure to strategic initiatives and company-wide priorities, the primary responsibility is providing exceptional executive support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, stakeholder management, communications support, and operational execution for senior leaders.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner who has supported founders, CEOs, or senior executives in high-growth technology companies. You are proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Provide high-touch executive support to senior leaders within the Office of the CEO.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel logistics, and meeting coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Partner alongside existing executive support functions to help coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and leadership operations as needed.
Prepare leaders for meetings through briefing documents, agendas, background materials, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate board meetings, executive leadership meetings, customer meetings, recruiting activities, and company events.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-through on key commitments.
Manage communications and interactions with executives, investors, customers, candidates, and partners.
Anticipate challenges, identify scheduling conflicts, and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Improve administrative systems, workflows, and processes to increase executive effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
12+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar executive support role.
Experience supporting CEOs, founders, C-suite executives, or senior leadership teams.
Exceptional calendar management, travel coordination, and executive support capabilities.
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology environments.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and maintain composure under pressure.
Experience working across multiple executives and competing priorities simultaneously.
The base salary range for this role is $150K - $180K, depending on experience, location and level. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for meaningful equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Distyl has offices in San Francisco and New York. This role follows a hybrid collaboration model with 3+ days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) in the San Francisco office.
