This role serves as a critical strategic and operational partner to a fast-moving founding team within a high-growth, product-driven environment. You will act as the organizational backbone for multiple executives, ensuring their time, focus, and priorities are aligned with the company’s most important goals. The position blends executive support, strategic coordination, and high-level operational execution in a dynamic and ambiguous setting. You will work closely with founders to anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and eliminate friction in day-to-day decision-making. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help ensure leadership is fully prepared for internal and external commitments while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment. This is a high-impact role where precision, judgment, and ownership directly influence company performance.


Accountabilities:
  • Manage and optimize the calendars of multiple co-founders, ensuring time is allocated to the highest-priority and highest-impact work
  • Anticipate needs and proactively prevent issues by tracking commitments, action items, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Serve as a central coordination point for founder communications, ensuring requests are properly handled, routed, or escalated
  • Prepare founders for key meetings including board sessions, investor discussions, leadership offsites, and strategic events
  • Develop agendas, briefing materials, and supporting documentation to ensure leadership is fully equipped for all engagements
  • Manage sensitive communications and external relationships on behalf of the founding team, including outreach and follow-ups
  • Build, improve, and maintain efficient workflows and systems using AI tools and automation to increase productivity
  • Continuously refine operational processes to support scaling leadership needs in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner supporting C-level executives or founders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple executive calendars and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong experience operating with high autonomy, discretion, and ownership of sensitive information
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and draft in an executive’s voice
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across the organization without formal authority
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience in startup environments, ideally within SaaS or consumer-facing businesses
  • High level of AI fluency with hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
