As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive priorities and daily activities. This position requires a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff, support the CEO and President/COO, and work alongside senior leadership to optimize time, meetings, and company-wide initiatives. Beyond managing complex scheduling, you will also take part in event planning, cultural initiatives, and strategic projects, making this role both operational and impactful. If you excel at balancing executive-level responsibilities while fostering collaboration across teams, this opportunity offers the chance to contribute meaningfully at the heart of the organization’s leadership.

Accountabilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence with precision and discretion.
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to align executive priorities with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to manage scheduling, follow-ups, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events, leadership offsites, and cultural initiatives that strengthen employee engagement.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the NYC office, including hybrid coordination and essential resources.
  • Partner with the People team to host cultural events, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
  • Support board meeting logistics, investor interactions, and executive team needs.

Drive forward ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a CEO or C-level executive.
  • Background in startup or high-growth environments with adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and anticipation of needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across teams and foster collaboration.
  • Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with evolving priorities.
