In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to multiple senior executives. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities. You will be key in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring workflows are streamlined. Accountabilities
  • Provide executive support to nine senior executives, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, customer engagements, and candidate interviews.
  • Prepare briefings, agendas, and materials for executives ahead of meetings.
  • Develop and maintain streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Plan and execute travel logistics for executives, including offsites and company events.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Project management experience or formal training is preferred.
