Spun out of MIT CSAIL, we’re building AI systems that run where others stall: on CPUs, with low latency, minimal memory, and maximum reliability. We partner with global enterprises across consumer electronics, automotive, life sciences, and financial services. We’re scaling rapidly and want exceptional people to help us get there.
Our leadership team operates at high velocity across GTM, Product, and Engineering, while building enterprise partnerships across multiple continents. This role is the connective tissue that keeps leaders aligned, informed, and focused on the highest-leverage work. You’ll support C-suite leaders and serve as the operational information hub, ensuring no context is lost between meetings, decisions, or teams. You’ll also be responsible for event coordination at our SF office.
Someone who:
Is an information hub: You track the state of projects, decisions, and commitments across GTM, Product, and Engineering. When someone asks where something stands, you know the answer or know how to find it.
Anticipates before being asked: You review upcoming meetings, identify gaps in preparation, surface conflicts, and ensure the right materials are ready before anyone requests them.
Operates across audiences: You’re equally effective coordinating with external parties, driving concise updates for technical leadership, and managing cross-functional follow-ups.
Thrives in ambiguity: Priorities shift, schedules change, and new workstreams emerge. You treat these as puzzles to solve, not disruptions to endure.
In this role, you will:
Serve as the operational layer across senior leaders, ensuring continuity between meetings, tracking action items, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
Manage complex, shifting calendars by filtering requests, aligning with strategic priorities, and protecting time for high-leverage activities
Maintain a running picture of cross-functional workstreams so leadership has context without having to chase updates
Own the partner and customer visit experience: logistics, preparation, and atmosphere for high-value engagements at the SF office
Coordinate global travel and distributed operations across Boston and San Francisco
Lead SF office events, regional meetings, client dinners, and conference logistics, including vendor sourcing and budget management
Provide backup coverage for the CEO’s EA
Travel occasionally (3–5 times per year) for events
Must-haves:
7+ years supporting multiple executives in fast-paced/high-growth tech and/or sales/GTM, with demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate beyond core administrative tasks
Track record of managing across stakeholders with different communication styles, priorities, preferences, and decision-making cadences
Strong business context awareness: you understand the “why” behind meetings, not just logistics, and can flag when priorities conflict
Complex travel coordination, event planning, and vendor management experience
Ability to work in the SF office 4 days per week
Skilled in Google Workspace
Nice-to-have:
Experience hosting external partners or clients in professional settings
Slack experience
Leadership trusts you as the single source of truth for cross-functional project status and follow-ups; nothing slips through the cracks
Executive calendars are structured around high-leverage external activities, giving leaders back hours each week
SF events run smoothly and on budget, and partner visits consistently leave a strong impression
Access: Direct exposure to founders and commercial leadership; a vantage point into high-stakes decision-making
Compensation: Competitive base salary with equity in a unicorn-stage company
Health: We pay 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your dependents
Financial: 401(k) matching up to 4% of base pay
Time Off: Unlimited PTO plus company-wide “Refill” days
Environment: Catered lunches, free valet parking at the SF office, and a culture that values deep work
