font-size: small;">What We're Looking For</span></strong></h1><h2><strong><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Experience</span></strong></h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif;">6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a C-suite executive (CEO, COO, or equivalent) at a technology or high-growth startup.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif;">Demonstrated experience managing complex, international scheduling across multiple time zones.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif;">Prior experience in a SaaS, venture-backed, or high-growth startup environment strongly preferred.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif;">Exposure to board management, investor relations support, or M&amp;A coordination is a strong plus.</span></li></ul><h2><strong><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif;
