THE OPPORTUNITY
The Estate Manager provides hands-on leadership for the day-to-day operations of the primary residence in Arizona and supports oversight across additional family properties as needed. This role is accountable for overall operations, household staff, vendors, maintenance, and safety, including properties that may be occupied while work is ongoing.
This is an operator role, not a coordinator role. The Estate Manager personally verifies conditions on the ground and ensures systems function in real-world use, without relying on verbal assurances or partial fixes. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complexity across locations using structured handoffs and clear escalation.
Objective: Protect the family’s safety, privacy, and peace through disciplined execution and zero surprises.
WHO YOU ARE
Operational Commander
A disciplined, decisive operator who thrives in complex, high-risk environments. You build systems that eliminate chaos, personally validate safety and execution, and keep multi-vendor operations running correctly across locations.
Safety-First Guardian
You treat family and guest safety as the governing constraint. You are comfortable stopping work, removing vendors, or relocating occupancy when standards are not met.
Hands-On Leader
You lead from the field, not from status meetings. You inspect, test, document, and enforce standards personally when required.
Calm Under Pressure
You remain clear-eyed and decisive when others freeze, defer, or rationalize risk.
Discreet and Trusted
You operate with absolute integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism, trusted with full access and authority.
