  • Develop functional specifications, support testing activities, and guide implementation through go-live and stabilization.
  • Promote clean-core principles and fit-to-standard approaches while balancing business needs with sustainable system design.
  • Continuously improve ERP capabilities as business requirements evolve.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Variant Configuration, Vehicle Management System (VMS), pricing, customer data, and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience supporting automotive, electric vehicle, or discrete manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and integrated business processes.
  • Proven ability to define architecture strategies, write functional specifications, and lead user acceptance testing.
  • Experience collaborating with implementation partners, business leaders, and IT teams through deployment and stabilization.
  • Understanding of SOX requirements for financial systems, ideally within a high-growth or public-company environment.
  • Ability to advocate for clean-core and fit-to-standard SAP design principles.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where systems and processes are being built and scaled.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Benefits:

  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Paid vacation and time off programs.
  • Opportunity to work remotely within the United States.
