Burnout Brands is seeking a results-driven ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment of Infor SyteLine ERP across our manufacturing operations and newly acquired businesses in North America. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role responsible for managing full lifecycle ERP implementations—from planning to go-live and post-deployment optimization.
This role will act as the technical and operational owner of the ERP journey, ensuring each rollout is delivered on time, on scope, and with full adoption. You’ll be the key bridge between IT, operations, finance, supply chain, and external implementation partners—leading system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training while continuously improving our deployment model.
The ideal candidate brings deep ERP experience (preferably Infor SyteLine), a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, and a proactive, accountable leadership style suited to fast-paced, acquisition-driven environments.
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 USD plus bonus and benefits.
Requirements
- Own and lead all aspects of Infor SyteLine ERP implementations across Burnout Brands’ companies, including planning, execution, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary project lead and system owner for ERP rollouts across new and existing entities, managing scope, timeline, and resources.
- Partner with executive sponsors, department leads, and site managers to gather requirements, map business processes, and align system functionality with operational goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including milestones, risks, roles, and dependencies for each ERP implementation.
- Lead cross-functional readiness efforts across departments such as operations, manufacturing, inventory, finance, customer service, and supply chain.
- Configure ERP modules and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful deployment.
- Oversee data cleansing, data migration, system validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deliver or coordinate end-user training and documentation, ensuring broad adoption and support readiness.
- Serve as the ERP escalation point during and after implementation to resolve technical or process-related issues quickly.
- Build a repeatable, standardized implementation model to streamline future rollouts.
- Maintain accurate documentation including SOPs, configuration records, and change logs.
- Other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Working Conditions
- Travel to acquisition sites and operational facilities during project phases as needed (typically 25–50% travel depending on project stage).
- Work hours generally follow standard business schedules, but flexibility is required to accommodate cross-site coordination, project deadlines, and urgent support needs.
- Access to reliable internet, video conferencing tools, and a quiet home-office environment is essential for remote work.
What Good Looks Like
- ERP rollouts are delivered on time, on budget, and fully adopted by site teams.
- Stakeholders are informed, engaged, and trained, with minimal resistance to change.

- Strong technical fluency in ERP configuration, system logic, data structure, and process design.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and ERP readiness at the site level (access provisioning, endpoints, printers, etc.).
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial distribution environments highly preferred.
