This role is a field-based clinical and technical position focused on advancing cardiac mapping and navigation technologies used in electrophysiology procedures. You will work directly with physicians, hospital staff, and clinical teams to ensure safe, effective, and optimized use of advanced mapping systems that support cardiac ablation therapies. The position blends hands-on technical expertise with customer-facing education and relationship management in a highly specialized medical environment. Operating across multiple accounts within a defined territory, you will play a key role in training clinicians, resolving technical challenges, and driving adoption of innovative cardiac solutions. This is a high-impact role where your work directly contributes to improving patient outcomes and supporting life-saving procedures. Accountabilities:- Provide clinical and technical support, training, and education to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems.
- Ensure safe and effective use of cardiac ablation and mapping technologies through on-site guidance and hands-on support during procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders to support adoption and ongoing use of CAS products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities, support account strategy, and achieve or exceed regional sales objectives.
- Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations in coordination with clinical and commercial teams.
- Serve as a regional expert and advocate for mapping technologies, sharing best practices and driving proficiency across accounts.
- Troubleshoot technical and clinical issues by understanding system workflows and supporting cross-functional resolution with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular sciences, life sciences, or technical field with relevant clinical experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Several years of experience in cardiac mapping, electrophysiology, catheter ablation, or hospital/clinical support environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex medical devices and procedures.
- Experience delivering technical training or supporting physician education in clinical settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with physicians, nurses, and hospital leadership.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within a defined territory, including overnight travel as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Comfort working in clinical environments with exposure to medical procedures and regulated settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a patient-focused mindset.
