As an Enterprise Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing complex Microsoft-based solutions across enterprise environments. You will collaborate closely with project teams, sales, and clients to ensure technical strategies align with business objectives. This role spans architecture leadership, hands-on technical execution, and pre-sales support, enabling successful project delivery and innovative solution development. You will provide guidance on integrations, security, performance, and scalability while mentoring project teams and promoting best practices. Your expertise will directly influence the adoption of cloud services, ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 solutions, supporting transformative outcomes for clients. The role requires balancing strategic vision with detailed technical execution in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft-based solutions, including Dynamics 365, Azure, and Office 365 integrations.
• Collaborate with project teams to define architecture requirements, design patterns, and technical best practices.
• Conduct solution reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for project teams.
• Support pre-sales activities by developing technical proposals, estimates, statements of work, and presentations.
• Collaborate with project solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor project teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and promote knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.

Requirements

 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience architecting and implementing Microsoft-based solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Proven success delivering complex projects in consulting or professional services environments.
• Expertise in security, authentication, complex integrations, APIs, service bus, performance optimization, and data migrations.
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) highly desirable.
• Availability for client travel as needed.
