This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect – Billing, CPQ in the United States.
This role is a senior customer-facing architecture position focused on helping enterprise clients maximize value from complex quote-to-cash and revenue management solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor to existing customers, guiding them through optimization of billing, revenue, and CPQ processes while aligning solutions with evolving business objectives. The position combines deep technical expertise with business strategy, requiring the ability to translate operational needs into scalable system designs. You will lead workshops, define solution roadmaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives across Order-to-Revenue ecosystems. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and customer teams. Your impact will directly influence customer success, platform adoption, and long-term revenue efficiency.
Accountabilities- Partner with enterprise customers to define and evolve strategic, phased roadmaps aligned with business goals and revenue operations transformation.
- Design scalable, future-ready solutions across Billing, Revenue, and CPQ environments to support long-term customer growth and adaptability.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering insights on industry trends, best practices, and optimization opportunities in quote-to-cash and subscription operations.
- Lead strategic workshops to assess system configurations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to maximize performance and ROI.
- Conduct technical reviews of integrations, workflows, and configurations, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvement across customer environments.
- Support customers in optimizing Order-to-Revenue processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and financial accuracy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in billing, revenue management, ERP, or enterprise SaaS environments, with strong exposure to quote-to-cash processes.
- 5+ years of hands-on expertise with Billing, Revenue, and CPQ platforms, including system design and implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, ETL processes, and system interoperability across CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
- Proven ability to design customer-aligned roadmaps and deliver strategic advisory in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and structured approach to system optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and business audiences.
- Experience leading workshops, cross-functional initiatives, and large-scale transformation projects in global or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ASC 606, IFRS 15, GDPR, or FISMA is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently with a consulting mindset and strong customer-first orientation.
