This role is a high-impact enterprise sales leadership position focused on driving new business growth across large, complex organizations in the Pacific Northwest region. It combines strategic account development with hands-on execution across full-cycle sales, from prospecting through deal closure and expansion. The position operates in a fast-growing, highly technical data and analytics environment where solutions are deeply embedded in customers’ modern data stacks. The ideal candidate will engage senior stakeholders, including data leaders and executives, helping them solve critical challenges around data transformation, governance, and analytics engineering. This is a highly consultative role requiring both technical fluency and strong commercial instincts. It offers the opportunity to shape regional market presence while working closely with product, solutions, and engineering teams in a rapidly evolving data ecosystem.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure and long-term account growth.
  • Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy to expand enterprise presence across the Pacific Northwest.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within complex enterprise accounts.
  • Lead proof-of-concept (POC) implementations and coordinate technical validation with solutions engineering teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including data leaders, executives, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with product and internal teams to provide market feedback and influence product roadmap direction.
  • Contribute to sales process improvements, best practices, and scalable enterprise sales motions.
  • Stay deeply engaged with the data and analytics ecosystem, including modern data stack technologies and communities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales with a strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into a consultative value-based sales approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring autonomy and strong prioritization.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data platforms, ETL/ELT, BI tools, or analytics engineering concepts is highly valued.
  • Prior experience in analytics, data infrastructure, or open-source ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong collaboration mindset with a focus on inclusivity and cross-functional teamwork.
