Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Enterprise Sales Director to join our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise Solution Selling, MEDPICC, Executive Relationship Management, Presentation skills, with a solid background in Football and or professional sports and management. You will play a critical role in growing relationships and revenue with the NFL and NCAA sports team and strategic initiatives with executives throughout professional and collegiate sports and communities. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and with a team, own projects, and drive them across the finish line, with a keen interest in football, and other sports. The candidate must be located in the US and have existing relationships with NFL and College sports team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Lead the Account development across a specific region of NFL and NCAA teams, from prospecting to Deal management and ongoing relationship development.
- Accountability: Responsible for revenue target attainment, SaaS, product utilization growth, and ongoing technology evangelism within the determined territory.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Sales team members, Data Science teams, Marketing and other cross functional teams throughout the organization.
- Innovation: Identify new opportunities for growth and adapt well to rapid change in product platforms, methodologies, and ever-expanding customer markets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business ,Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Athlete management, preferably in a SaaS, or Sports environment.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent proposal writing and verbal skills with an attention to organization, detail, and quality presentation
- Sharp business acumen and stellar communication skills
- A knack for understanding the big picture and IT business drivers
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
