The salary range provided is a good faith estimate of the base pay for the primary location of this role. AireSpring’s compensation is designed to reflect the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic markets and pay may vary depending on these defined markets.
For this position, the U.S. base pay is $80k to $100k annually, with an attractive commission plan as a part of the offered compensation structure.  Actual pay varies depending on work location and is based on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities.
