This Front-End Engineer will play a key role in a long-term initiative developing modern internal tools that optimize operational workflows and task execution. You will focus on front-end and mobile-integrated systems, leveraging React and responsive design principles to create production-ready user interfaces. The role includes opportunities to integrate machine learning and GenAI capabilities to enhance system performance and automation. Candidates will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with a distributed team of engineers and contributing to large-scale enterprise applications. This position allows engineers to influence architectural decisions, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to a culture of scalable, maintainable software development.

Accountabilities

  • Integrate front-end applications with mobile systems and backend services, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement full-stack solutions and AI/ML-enhanced features.
  • Apply front-end best practices, clean architecture, and development standards to improve performance and maintainability.
  • Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini) to enhance development efficiency.
  • Participate in remote team collaboration, including architecture discussions, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Contribute to long-term projects that streamline workflows and support enterprise-scale operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of front-end software engineering experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with React and building production-ready user interfaces.
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces for mobile integration.
  • Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Pub/Sub and Vertex AI.
  • Understanding of full-stack system architecture and development best practices.
  • Exposure to AI/ML projects, especially for automating workflows or processing visual inputs.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote team settings.
  • Must reside in the continental U.S. and work exclusively on this W-2 contract role.
  • Adherence to cybersecurity protocols, including camera-on participation for the first 90 days.
  • Nice-to-Have: Angular experience or backend engineering skills (Java preferred).

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer-paid premiums)
  • 401(k) plan eligibility after 1 year of employment
  • Profit-sharing opportunities
  • Professional development and training programs
  • Fully remote work with employer-provided equipment
