We’re on the hunt for an Enterprise CRO Strategist to lead conversion rate optimization for our biggest accounts. You’ll flex both the analytical and creative sides of your brain, building out systems, documenting processes, and guiding clients through full-funnel optimization strategies that actually move the needle.



What you'll do:

📊 Enterprise CRO strategy. Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies for enterprise-level accounts across multiple industries.

🧠 Thought leadership. Be the CRO expert who educates, inspires, and challenges both our team and clients—while also sharing insights externally through LinkedIn content and thought leadership posts.

📈 Testing & optimization. Plan, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests; optimize landing pages and onsite experiences; conduct heuristic analyses; and scale learnings across funnels.

🔍 Analytics & insights. Dig deep into GA4, Google Ads, Meta, & Linkedin data as well as heatmapping tools like CrazyEgg, and session recordings to uncover actionable insights.


🛠 Systems & process. Help document CRO playbooks, streamline testing workflows, and set the standard for optimization best practices.

🤝 Team collaboration. Work with Designers, Developers, and Growth Managers to bring winning tests to life.

💡 Enterprise consulting. Provide clear, confident, and strategic recommendations with clients at the executive level for high-value accounts.

👥 (Bonus!) Leadership Skills. You’ve got what it takes to lead and mentor a CRO team, hold team members + clients accountable, and ultimately help shape their skills and careers.


What makes you a great fit:

✅ You’ve got a proven CRO background and thrive in enterprise-level environments.
✅ You’ve got client-facing skills: confident communicator, skilled at presenting data-driven insights, and trusted as a partner to enterprise executives.
✅ You know your way around heuristic analysis, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and full-funnel analysis.
✅ You’re technical and data-driven, comfortable using tools like GA4, Convert, Unbounce, Shopify, and CrazyEgg to pull insights.
✅ You’re as strategic as you are tactical, balancing high-level thinking with in-the-weeds execution.
✅ You’re collaborative and thrive in cross-functional environments.
✅ You’re organized, proactive, and process-driven—you don’t just run tests, you build systems.
✅ Bonus: You’ve got hands-on knowledge of VWO, Mutiny, and/or Feathery.
✅ Bonus: You’ve got UX expertise, able to identify friction points and craft smoother user journeys.
✅ Bonus: You’ve got SEO knowledge to connect optimization with demand capture and search intent.
