This is a high-impact, hunter-oriented enterprise sales role focused on driving new business growth within the mortgage capital markets technology space. The position is designed for a strategic yet hands-on sales professional who excels at building relationships with senior decision-makers and closing complex, high-value deals. The role requires deep consultative selling skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to position sophisticated SaaS solutions that optimize pricing, margin protection, and capital markets workflows. Operating in a highly competitive and data-driven industry, the role demands a proactive approach to pipeline development and opportunity creation. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, shaping their understanding of technology-driven transformation. This is a remote-friendly role with significant travel and direct impact on strategic revenue growth.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and consistently achieve or exceed annual enterprise sales quotas through strategic prospecting and deal execution.
  • Build and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline through structured outreach, relationship development, and market engagement.
  • Develop C-level and senior stakeholder relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor throughout complex sales cycles.
  • Identify customer challenges and translate them into tailored business cases and value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to define, customize, and position appropriate solutions for enterprise prospects.
  • Manage and close complex sales opportunities by following structured sales methodologies and processes.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements focused on ROI and value delivery.
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) to manage pipeline and performance.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams based on market insights and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B consultative sales experience in enterprise environments, ideally within SaaS or mortgage/financial technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders and buying centers.
  • Strong ability to build trust and influence senior executives, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, pipeline management, and strategic account planning.
  • Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and modern sales engagement platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% and engage in industry events and client meetings.
