broad competence across several).</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong experience with Atlassian Cloud administration (Jira Software and/or Jira Service Management, Confluence), including scalable configuration design (workflows, automation, permissions, and governance).</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience administering and governing Slack and/or Zoom (workspace governance, policies, roles, and integrations) or comparable collaboration platforms.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Practical experience with SSO, SCIM, and user lifecycle management via Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) or an equivalent identity provider.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience with API-based integrations and automation;
