Eko builds AI and digital tools to enable every healthcare provider to more accurately detect heart and lung disease – the leading causes of death globally. Our FDA cleared, industry leading products are used by hundreds of thousands of clinicians on millions of patients around the world. With Eko, clinicians can detect cardiac and pulmonary disease with higher accuracy, diagnose with more confidence, manage treatment effectively, and ultimately give their patients the best care possible.

We have strong venture capital backing from investors like Artis Ventures, Questa Capital, Highland Capital, and Mayo Clinic Ventures.

Recognized by TIME magazine in 2025 as one of the world’s top healthcare technology companies, Eko is one of the fastest growing digital health companies with products used around the world at some of the most prestigious health systems.

We have more than 8 FDA clearances including novel AI algorithms, and we invest heavily in quality clinical research and R&D to build and validate exceptional products for patients we care deeply about.

We’ve built a mission driven, high performing, talented, and diverse team of engineers, physicians, PhD’s, creatives, and technologists. We are committed to investing in each other and our mission to ensure all patients have access to high quality care.

We are headquartered in Emeryville, California and privately-held with world class investors and partners.

Eko is transforming how heart and lung disease is detected at the point of care. Our FDA-cleared SENSORA® platform combines advanced AI, digital auscultation, and workflow integration to empower health systems to catch cardiac disease earlier, faster, and more cost-effectively.

With the new Category III CPT code and national OPPS coverage taking effect on July 1, 2025, we’re entering a new era for SENSORA adoption. This is an opportunity to join early on a growing team and play a critical role in deepening partnerships with leading hospitals and health systems nationwide.

Reporting directly to Eko’s Chief Business Officer, this is a strategic farmer role: you’ll own and grow relationships with existing enterprise customers, ensure their success with SENSORA, and drive multi-site renewals and expansions across the health system. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical, product, and marketing teams, serving as a trusted advisor who connects SENSORA’s impact to each customer’s strategic and operational goals.

  • Develop and execute account plans that define shared success metrics, stakeholder maps, and multi-year growth strategies.
  • Lead executive business reviews that highlight SENSORA’s clinical and financial value, aligning outcomes with each system’s strategic priorities (e.g., heart failure programs, value-based care, rural access).
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities in partnership with Eko’s Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders to drive engagement and advocacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Clinical to ensure seamless implementations and measurable impact.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to influence Eko’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent Eko at key customer and industry events, strengthening long-term partnerships and brand reputation.

As Enterprise Account Manager at Eko, You Have:
  • 7+ years of enterprise account management or customer success experience in digital health, MedTech, or healthcare SaaS.
  • A proven track record managing complex health system relationships and driving 6-figure+ renewals and expansions.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quantify ROI and clinical impact for executive audiences.
  • Deep understanding of health system procurement, contracting, and value analysis processes.
  • Experience collaborating across clinical, IT, and legal stakeholders in large enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecasts, and account health metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment that values creativity and accountability.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to meet customers and support key initiatives.
