Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a mission-driven, relationship-focused, and highly motivated individual to join our Enterprise Sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive – Public Health. This role will focus on driving new business growth across the public health sector, including Community Health Centers (CHCs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), dental schools and universities, and government-funded care organizations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health equity and technology’s role in expanding access to high-quality oral care.

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of the customer relationship—from initial outreach and deal closing to onboarding, retention, and account growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers, driving adoption of Pearl’s solutions, and ensuring long-term success with our public health partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, engage, and build relationships with CHCs, FQHCs, universities, public health programs, and government health entities to drive pipeline and secure new business opportunities.

  • Develop a deep understanding of public health dental program needs, including regulatory requirements, reporting metrics, and care delivery models.

  • Own the entire sales and customer success process—from first contact through onboarding, training, and long-term partnership management.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders, showcasing how Pearl’s solutions support equitable care delivery, quality initiatives, and provider performance.

  • Become an expert in Pearl’s innovative AI technologies and effectively communicate their impact within underserved and resource-constrained settings.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation process, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing issues, supporting adoption, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.

  • Attend and represent Pearl at public health, university, and government-focused conferences and events to network and present our solutions to key stakeholders.

  • Stay informed about changes in public health funding, legislation, and clinical best practices that influence purchasing decisions and program design.

What You Bring:

  • Successful track record in enterprise or institutional sales, particularly within healthcare, public health, or B2B SaaS.

  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills, with the ability to communicate value to both clinical and administrative audiences.

  • Experience navigating complex, mission-driven organizations with multiple stakeholders and funding sources.

  • A self-starter mindset with the passion to serve underserved populations through innovative healthcare technology.
  • Experience managing customer success and long-term account growth, not just sales.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, ideally in healthcare, public health, or dental technology sectors.

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or software sales, preferably with a focus on healthcare, government, or academic institutions.

  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and close new business in mid-to-large organizations.

  • Experience managing ongoing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and comfort using data for pipeline management and forecasting.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with experience engaging executive and clinical stakeholders.
  • Passion for improving public health outcomes and a strong understanding of healthcare access, equity, and community care challenges.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Benefits and Compensation Offerings

  • Ongoing Training and Development Opportunities

  • Flexible, Unaccrued PTO
  • Remote Work Flexibility
