This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving new enterprise business within the food and beverage manufacturing sector across the U.S. and Canada. The position is responsible for managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for compliance training and eLearning solutions powered by a leading LMS platform. The Enterprise Account Executive will engage senior decision-makers across operations, compliance, HR, and executive leadership to position value-driven solutions that support regulatory readiness and workforce development. Operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this role requires strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build pipeline through both outbound efforts and existing industry relationships. The position offers full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting through close, with a strong emphasis on strategic territory development. It is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in self-directed environments and is capable of delivering immediate revenue impact.


Accountabilities:
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing within named manufacturing accounts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry relationships.
  • Leverage existing connections within the food and beverage manufacturing sector to generate early pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across compliance, operations, HR, procurement, and executive leadership to deliver tailored, consultative presentations.
  • Manage complex, multi-threaded sales processes, including procurement discussions and contract negotiations.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, including an $800K annual quota.
  • Build strong account strategies to identify new opportunities and expand relationships within enterprise organizations.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools and sales platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise or strategic Account Executive role.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex B2B sales environments.
  • Strong experience selling eLearning, LMS, compliance, or SaaS solutions, preferably within manufacturing or regulated industries.
  • Established network within the food and beverage manufacturing sector, with ability to leverage relationships for pipeline development.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles using frameworks such as MEDDICC.
  • Strong ability to self-source pipeline and operate independently in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Highly results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
