This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Enterprise Account Executive (Founding Team) in the United States.

This is a high-impact, foundational sales role focused on driving enterprise growth within a fast-scaling go-to-market SaaS organization. You will be part of the initial team responsible for expanding into large enterprise accounts, shaping the sales motion, and defining how success is achieved in this strategic segment. In this role, you will own the full customer lifecycle across acquisition, expansion, and renewal, engaging senior decision-makers across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You will play a key role in building pipeline, closing new enterprise logos, and driving long-term account growth in complex organizations. Operating in a high-ownership, builder-oriented environment, you will directly influence GTM strategy and enterprise playbooks. This is a unique opportunity to help define how an organization scales into the enterprise market while managing meaningful revenue responsibility.


Accountabilities:
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees), driving new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewals
  • Prospect and engage senior stakeholders (Director, VP, and C-suite) across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
  • Build and execute outbound and partnership-driven pipeline generation strategies to achieve strong coverage targets
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term revenue growth
  • Partner closely with BDR, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure customer success and maximize account value
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer goals and product usage
  • Own renewals with proactive forecasting, risk identification, and value-based executive conversations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecast revenue with high precision
  • Contribute insights from enterprise customers to influence go-to-market strategy and product direction
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across accounts to strengthen retention and long-term partnership value
  • Help define scalable enterprise sales processes, playbooks, and best practices as part of a founding team

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments
  • Proven success managing full-cycle sales including new business, expansion, and renewals
  • Experience selling into enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees) with complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue quotas across multiple sales motions
  • Experience building pipeline and executing outbound enterprise sales strategies
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and Command of the Message
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals across large organizations
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer needs into scalable solutions
  • High ownership mindset with strong adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with product, CS, and operations teams
  • Builder mentality with a passion for shaping early-stage GTM motions
