Position: Enterprise Account Executive 

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Interplay Learning, you’ll lead strategic growth initiatives within our largest and most complex industrial accounts. 

This role requires a seasoned sales professional with 10+ years of B2B SaaS experience, particularly in the industrial sector—including Manufacturing, Facilities & Industrial Maintenance, Construction, Heavy Equipment, Crane & Rigging, and Logistics.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping how global enterprises adopt modern training solutions for skilled trade workforces through cutting-edge 3D simulation, VR, and AI-driven learning platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive net new sales within targeted enterprise accounts.
  • Own strategic, high-value accounts across the industrial segment, developing deep client relationships and maximizing revenue potential.
  • Develop comprehensive account strategies and success plans that align with customer goals and business drivers.
  • Partner with key stakeholders—from frontline managers to C-level executives—to position Interplay Learning as a long-term workforce development solution.
  • Lead executive-level conversations around ROI, operational efficiency, safety, and workforce readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecast revenue, and provide executive-level reporting on account health and opportunity.

Who you are:

  • A trusted advisor and strategic seller who excels at complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • A skilled communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging at all levels of an organization.
  • Experienced in navigating long sales cycles and enterprise buying processes.
  • Passionate about technology that solves real-world problems, particularly in the skilled trades and industrial workforce.
  • Adept at using data to tell a story, drive urgency, and build business cases for investment.
  • Curious, coachable, and collaborative, with a bias for action and results.

Requirements: 

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales or enterprise account management experience, preferably in workforce enablement, EdTech, or industrial solutions.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed $1M+ annual quotas.
  • Experience selling into industrial sectors, including field operations, training, safety, or workforce management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and other modern sales tools.


Pay: approximately $150k base, $300k OTE
(Base + Commission. Uncapped earning potential.)
