This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, AI innovation, and creative transformation. You will work with leading global brands to redefine how design is created, scaled, and governed through advanced generative AI solutions. Operating within a fast-growing and highly collaborative environment, you will own complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close. The role requires strong technical fluency, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across marketing, product, AI, and executive teams. You will not only drive revenue but also help shape go-to-market strategy, refine the sales playbook, and influence product direction. Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, qualification, negotiation, and closing of six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Identify and develop high-value enterprise opportunities where AI-driven design workflows and custom models can create measurable business impact.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, AI/ML, IT, procurement, legal, and executive leadership.
  • Design and execute tailored sales strategies across multiple enterprise use cases, including API integrations and custom model deployments.
  • Navigate complex procurement, legal, and security processes to structure and close sophisticated enterprise agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align customer needs with roadmap priorities and strategic direction.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes, pricing strategies, qualification frameworks, and enterprise playbooks.

Requirements

This role requires strong enterprise SaaS sales experience combined with technical fluency and strategic thinking. You should be comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and engaging deeply with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
  • Strong ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles across enterprise organizations.
  • Technical fluency in AI, generative tools, APIs, or related technologies, with the ability to translate complexity into business value.
  • Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and navigating procurement, legal, and security requirements.
  • Builder mindset with a track record of creating processes, playbooks, or scaling sales motions in early-stage or high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30–40% across North America.
