Enterprise Account Executive

In this role, you will drive enterprise sales by helping organizations modernize their talent acquisition and HR processes through data-driven, AI-enabled platforms. You will target high-value accounts, manage complex sales cycles, and educate executive stakeholders on the benefits of workflow automation and CRM-driven talent strategies. Operating in a fast-growing, innovative environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and long-term value. This position offers the opportunity to engage with leading enterprises, influence strategic hiring transformations, and directly impact revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and SaaS solutions to identify opportunities, build compelling business cases, and close multi-year, multi-product contracts. The role is fully remote within the United States, providing flexibility while working with a high-performing, collaborative team.

• Prioritize, source, and close new enterprise accounts within the assigned territory, focusing on clients ready to modernize recruiting workflows.
• Understand client business goals and connect CRM, marketing automation, and talent acquisition practices to measurable outcomes.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, positioning solutions as transformational for Talent Acquisition, HR, and Recruiting teams.
• Educate executive buyers on modern, automated hiring processes and demonstrate ROI through workflow automation and funnel acceleration.
• Collaborate with Value Consulting, Customer Success, and Product teams to advance deals and ensure long-term customer value.
• Forecast, track, and report sales performance across multi-product, multi-year contracts.

• 6+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quota.
• 2+ years selling CRM, marketing automation, SaaS, or technology platforms with cross-functional, multi-product value propositions.
• Proven ability to create compelling business cases and ROI narratives.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to CRM, data analytics, AI, and workflow automation.
• Skilled in strategic prospecting, territory expansion, and managing greenfield opportunities.
• Comfortable selling to VP and C-level executives with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition, HR tech, or recruiting technology is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of enterprise recruiting operations, passive sourcing, pipeline nurturing, and DEI goals is a plus.
